Shobha Shandilya has a vast experience of 18 years in HR, Sales & Marketing, Corporate Communications, Logistics, Purchasing,, Organization Development, Human Resources, on Regional and all India basis in various industries including Man Guarding industry.
She is a Bachelor in arts, an MBA from Delhi University. She is a professional with demonstrated success in delivering results, optimizing business efficiency.
Her last assigment was as National Account Manager in DLF, a brand name in real estate. She has been Visiting Faculty member IPM Lucknow and Lucknow University.
Director Operations
Brig Alind Dayal was commissioned in the Indian Army, Corps of Signals on 27 June 1965. During the course of his approximately 31 years of service in the Army he held various command and staff appointments with distinction. He completed his B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunications as well as M.Tech in the same discipline whilst in service. He retired as a Brigadier on 31 December 1995. Immediately after retirement he joined a shipping company at Mumbai in January 1996 as Director (Operations) where he was responsible for smooth operations of a fleet of 20 vessels of various tonnage. After serving there for three years he switched over to another shipping company in the same role. In July 2000 he joined Group 4 Securicor (G4S), a multinational security company where he served for 8 years as a profit centre head as well as Senior Vice President (Operations). He had also worked with TerraForce Security Company (a member of the DLF family) in the capacity of Senior Vice President – Operations in that organisation.
Head - Training & security audit
Lt Col (Retd) Gurbrinder Singh has a vast 23 years experience in the Indian Army, having done both Operational, Instructional and Administrative tenures. He was directly responsible for maintenance and security of unit area, to include equipment, personnel and immovable assets. He was the first Chief Security Officer, Hotel RADISSON MBD, Noida. Has worked in the capacity of General Manager – Admin & Security (Pan India), DLF Hotel Holdings Ltd. He has a wide exposure of Conducting audits of security and facility and Standardization of security processes and procedures .
Director Finance
Ravi Kiran has over 22 years of experience in Business Operations management,CRM and Marketing of Services. During this period, he was associated with Financial services industry in India and Middle East. Had worked with a premier Finance company in the Sultanate of Oman for a period of more than 10years and wholly responsible in setting up 2 branches of the company with his expertise in establishing relationship with prospective business associates, pre sales activities, setting up processes, procedures in operations before heading them successfully along with launching and brand management of certain specialized product range in pre owned car financing . Has core competency in formulating procedures and processes and heading all the start up related activities of any business establishment. Currently associated with an ITES firm which has varied business verticals such as Travel and General Trade practice. In the present assignment too, he is handling all the compliances, business processes and has control over receivable management too.
